Baking Day

It was cloudy and looked like it might storm today. It hasn't but it looked like a day to stay in and bake so I did. One loaf whole wheat bread. Vanilla Ricotta Muffins from Mollie Katzen's Sunlight Cafe Grandma's Irish Soda Bread (which never is as good as she made it or my mother's even though it is the same recipe)
